If you are looking for a place in Tauranga for your cat to be well looked after while you and the family are away. I can with confidence say that "The Big Meow" in Greerton is 110% the place you need to be sending your family cat to. Erin is beyond wonderful and is a fantastic carer. Rates are the best in town and facilities are perfect for the cats. Our family cat Thomas loves going there. I highly recommend this cattery to anyone. In the last few months he has been there half a dozen times. Thank you Erin for all you have done for us in the short amount of time. Happy new year to you and your family.

Erin at The Big Meow Cattery is the best in the business. I would highly recommend her services, Erin will go above and beyond for your Fur baby, and treats them like her own. Our boy Thomas has been here a few times and every time we leave with peace of mind that he is being well looked after in a nice clean comfortable environment. Erin keeps in contct with us when we are away on holiday and we even get updated photos of him which our kids love. The Big Meow is such a reasonable price for A++++++ service. Erin runs a professional, clean business and we cant thank her enough for what she does for our Cat. Red has been staying with Erin for the last four days and she's obviously been well cared for and has had the chats and cuddles she adores. I am more than happy for Red to stay at The Big Meow again secure in the knowledge that Erin obviously loves cats and gives them all the care and attention they need. Highly recommended! 😻 Jo Kwidor

When I go away I book my cat Gracie into The Big Meow in Greeton. It is a lovely facility and Erin the owner takes such good care of my beloved pet. Recently I had a medical emergency which put me in hospital for several days. Erin without hesitation was happy to take Gracie at a moments notice and to my great surprise would not accept payment once I was able to collect her a few days later citing that she wouldn't charge on account that this was an emergency. I am so very appreciative of Erin's compassion towards myself and my pet and can't thank her enough. I thoroughly recommend Erin and The Big Meow to look after and care for your cat next time you go away. Thank you Erin from Cathrine & Gracie.

Meow Erin Thanx heaps for taking care of me when Mum and Dad went on holiday. It was my first time in a Cat Motel. I was a bit anxious but I need not have worried because you gave me lots of cuddles and my apartment was nice and cosy with lots to play with. I will definetly be back. Purrrrr Elvis (7yrs old)

  We have left our cat Tammy with Erin at The Big Meow regularly for a few year's now.  The longest period was for a month. We would highly recommend Erin at The Big Meow. Tammy is always happy and relaxed when we come back .... so different than she was when we had to leave her at two different catteries on two occasions.   It is so nice to have peace of mind that she is being well looked after.  The accommodation is clean and spacious. Really I am so thankful for the great care she receives from Erin. She is a senstive loving cat, and when she stays at The Big Meow she gets the care she deserves. Thanks so much. Sandy Hastings

I can’t praise the owners of Big Meow enough. Their cattery is outstanding. I took my nervous, timid little cat to stay . She came home happy and well loved. Awesome. The cattery is spotlessly clean and no odour at all day or night. All the other cats approached the owners without hesitation and receive cuddles. Prices are fantastic. 5 star accommodation

Hi Erin, I don't know what you did with our scared timid Coco but we now have a fat cat who has stayed in the house today, allows our son to pick her up, and even allowed a touch with our grandson. She has come back fatter and friendlier. Just can't thank you enough. We wondered if you had given us back the right cat!!

I can't tell you how thankful we were with the outstanding care you gave to Lettie for the five weeks she stayed at your lovely place. Nothing was too much, including taking her to the vets for treatment, giving her brushes and lots of genuine caring and attention. Thank you Erin for making a difficult situation that much easier as this was the first time our fourteen year old Burman had been away from us. I would recommend The Big Meow to anyone.
